Every shipment can add protection for loss or damage. Coverage details and limits appear on the shipping options page before you pay — we do not hide them behind a headline rate.
- Add protection when you book. The price is part of the all-in quote.
- If something happens, file a claim within 7 days with your order number, tracking number, and photos of the bag and your gear.
- We handle the carrier conversation so you can stay on the mountain.
